Support – Ticketing System
Our dedicated support system, ticketing.iccentra.com, is where you can submit questions, report problems, and provide feedback. If you haven’t found the answers you need in our knowledge base at kb.iccentra.com, you’re in the right place. If you haven’t yet checked our knowledge base, we encourage you to explore it first or submit a ticket for further assistance.
Here’s how you can submit a ticket:
- Register and Log In: Click the “Register now” button to create an account. Log in by clicking the “Sign In” button.
- One-Time Password Sign-in: Click “Sign-in using one-time password” and enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
Once logged in, you can access the “Ticketing List” tab to view all your tickets and their statuses. Selecting a ticket will show its details, chat history, and allow you to reply or update your ticket. To create a new ticket:
- Navigate to the “New Ticket” tab.
- Provide a brief title and detailed description of your issue.
- Include relevant details like your user code or transport code, and attach any necessary files.
- Choose the appropriate category for your issue.
- Accept the terms of use.
- Press the “Submit” button.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You will receive updates via email. To reply, please log in, select your ticket, enter your response in the text box, and press “Submit” or “Submit and Close” if you want to close your ticket.
